Ingredients

 

To make as a smoothie

  1. Add blueberries, banana, almond butter (optional), ground flax seed, and 3/4 cup oat milk. Blend until smooth. 
  2. Pour smoothie into a glass, drizzling 1 serving of the DHA & MCT Liposomal between layers. 

 

To make as a smoothie bowl

  1. Add blueberries, banana, almond butter (optional), ground flax seed, and 1/4-1/2 cup oat milk. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer into a bowl, top with fruit, and drizzle 1 serving of the DHA & MCT Liposomal on top.
