Why isn’t vitamin C included in these beans?

Good question! Since these beans are smaller than a typical vitamin gummy or chewable, we had to be very particular about what active ingredients we chose to include in the formula for your health. Since MaryRuth’s does believe in a food-first approach to nutrition, vitamin C is one such vitamin that can be more easily obtained through diet. Some foods containing vitamin C that you may want to incorporate in your diet include oranges, grapefruit, broccoli, red and green peppers, and tomatoes. If you’re looking to supplement with additional vitamin C, you may want to try our Vitamin C Gummies, Organic Vitamin C Liquid Drops, or Immunity Beans!
