  • Flaxseed and seaberry are amazing natural sources of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), linoleic acid, palmitoleic acid, and oleic acid, which are omegas -3, -6, -7, and -9, respectively. 
  • Omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and omega-6 linoleic acid are considered essential fatty acids, and must be obtained through our diets. 
  • They provide energy for the body, while ALA also supports heart health. Our omega-3 is plant-based ALA, which is the only type of omega-3 that is essential!

I’ve always ordered the 3-6-7-9 omega and other products. I’ve noticed some
Products have changes. Here is a picture of the two bottles old/new. If you’ve been a marry Ruth’s costumer you’ll notice some items have changed or are no longer available. Disappointed

I love the taste of these and so do my kids! They do not smell fishy at all. The only downside was they got a little too warm in shipping and are somewhat globbed together. I now have to break them up.

I thought omegas were from fish. If this is vegan, where are the omegas sourced?

While many Omega supplements use cod liver oil or another fishy source, our vegan Omega 3-6-7-9 Gummies use Organic Flaxseed Oil and Organic SeaBerry® as the source of the omega complex. The Organic SeaBerry® is made from the plant Sea Buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides), grown in high altitude Tibet!

Why did you include Omega 6 in the Omega 3-6-7-9 gummies?

The omega fatty acids in our Omega 3-6-7-9 Gummies are sourced from Sea Buckthorn berries (the highest known concentration of Omega 7 known in the animal or plant kingdom!) and Flaxseed oil. To remove the omega-6 would mean over-processing those ingredients. Since all of these ingredients are important in the human diet, we opted to include it in our formula. While it is true that the western diet is typically heavy on omega 6, it is worth noting that it is more important to eat omegas in proper proportion.
