How it works
- D3, or cholecalciferol, aids the body in absorbing phosphorus and calcium, promoting a healthy immune response and maintaining normal bone health and density.
- D3 also helps to support cellular health by maintaining normal gene expression and cellular functions.
- Scientists are also actively researching other possible ways that vitamin D may aid our bodies, so you want to be sure that you are receiving enough of this essential vitamin.
- B12, as methylcobalamin, has superior bioavailability to cyanocobalamin and is a preferred form for some people who have an MTHFR gene variant!
- B12 assists the body’s nervous system, supports cognitive function, may provide energy to those who are deficient, and aids the body in DNA synthesis and red cell production.
- These gummies are available in two tasty flavor: sugar-free raspberry or strawberry (sweetened with organic cane sugar) to support your levels of these essential vitamins!

Have A Question? Great, Ask Us!
Really. We are here to answer any question you may have.
I thought D3 came from lanolin. If these are vegan, where are you getting the D3 from?
We source our D3 from wild-crafted, non-GMO, vegan Lichen.
Is the D3 raw?
The proper extraction of the vitamin D-rich oil from Lichen is essential to preserve the integrity of the vitamin. Extraction occurs in a heat, light and moisture-controlled environment, ensuring optimal freshness. While processing the lichen, the temperature does not go over 158° Fahrenheit (70°C). In oil extraction, there are two points when temperature is caused to rise. Heat is generated as the material is macerated; the temperature is not measured at this time, but the manufacturer estimates the maximum temperature 40-50°C locally. Additionally, heat and pressure are used as part of the process; this is kept below 70°C.
What kind of B12 is in this? Is it safe for me if I have MTHFR gene variants?
We use Methylcobalamin in our D3+B12 Gummies. Navigating B-vitamins and MTHFR gene variants can be tricky! While there is a considerable amount of information coming out on genetic variations and how they affect our biochemistry and health, the MTHFR variants are not yet fully understood, including how various B-vitamins affect any given individual. In general, when starting any new health and wellness supplement, you should check with your physician or healthcare professional to make sure the supplement is suitable for you and your health. This is especially true when there is the added complexity of the MTHFR gene variants. We encourage you to partner with your healthcare professional to determine the best course of action.
How do I know if I am B12 deficient?
There are different symptoms associated with a B12 deficiency, including problems with focusing and energy. A B12 deficiency can also cause more problems in addition to a lack of energy and trouble focusing. Lacking vitamin B12 can make your extremities feel numb or tingly, an uncomfortable side effect that can often indicate a nutrient deficiency. Though these are just some of the symptoms, we recommend consulting with your physician or healthcare professional to see if you are truly deficient, and to make certain supplementing is appropriate for your nutrient needs!

So Xcited to have this organic solution in my life! So grateful to be taking care of my body without all the junk found in other brands! Thank you Mary Ruth for all you do!
I absolutely love these gummies! Ever since I went almost fully vegan and stopped eating meat and dairy products, I've been taking these. They taste so good; I could eat all of them, and they're soft. Despite being quite pricy, I think they are still worth it and will continue to repurchase.
Great way to get 2 essential vitamins!
We love this gummy. It has a great taste and makes it easy to use. Thank you for a great product.
