How to Use


Liquid Morning Multivitamin

Suggested Use: Take in the morning daily either with food, juice or on an empty stomach.

  • Adults (ages 18+): take 1oz (2 Tablespoons)
  • Young Adults (ages 11-17): take ½ oz (1 Tablespoons)
  • Children (ages 4-10): take ¼ oz (½ Tablespoons);  (ages 2-3): ½ Teaspoon
  • Pregnant & Lactating Women & Seniors (65 Years+) consult a physician or healthcare professional. 

 

Probiotic Beauty+

Suggested Use: Adults take two capsules per day with water. Can be taken with or without food. Keep out of reach of children. Pregnant and lactating women & seniors over 65 should always consult with a physician or healthcare professional prior to use. Refrigeration is recommended for longer shelf life, but not required.
 

Biotin Gummies

Suggested Use: Adults take 2 gummies per day as recommended by a physician or healthcare professional. Keep out of reach of children in case of accidental overdose or choking.Each bottle comes with 30 servings. Store in a cool, dry place.
 

Enzyme Mask

Suggested Use: Prior to use, hydrate skin with warm water. Avoiding eyes, apply to skin, massage gently for 1-2 minutes with dampened fingertips, rubbing in circular motions. Leave the mask on for 5-10 minutes. Rinse and gently pat dry. Follow with your favorite moisturizer as needed.

Can I give the Multivitamin to children? What is the dosing?

Yes, children, ages two and up, can use our formula. However, before you give the Multivitamin to your children, we highly recommend that you show our formula to your physician, pediatrician or healthcare professional to see if our formula is right for your child. Your healthcare professional knows your child’s health best, including what other supplements or prescriptions your child may be taking, as well as knowing if your child is facing any health challenges. I have MTHFR gene variant(s). Are these products safe for me?

Do Probiotic Beauty+ Capsules need to be kept in the fridge?

These probiotics are shelf-stable, though refrigerating them may lengthen shelf life. Whether you refrigerate or not is up to you, though if you plan on taking them as a part of a daily regimen, keeping them where you’ll remember to take them might be advantageous.

How does biotin support hair, skin and nails?

Biotin is one of the B-complex vitamins, a group of water-soluble vitamins that all serve different purposes within your body. Often referred to as vitamin H, limited research suggests that biotin is beneficial for healthy hair, skin, and nails. But this product isn’t just a biotin supplement! It also contains vitamins B9 and B12 (as Methylcobalamin), Zinc and Fo-Ti Extract.

I am balding; will the Biotin Gummy save my hair?

If you are experiencing hair loss from androgenic alopecia, often referred to as male-pattern baldness, this gummy will not, regrettably, save your hair! Unfortunately, there is no “cure” for such hair loss. This gummy will most greatly benefit those who are experiencing hair loss from zinc and biotin deficiencies; studies link those deficiencies with hair loss. Vegetarians and vegans are more likely to be deficient in zinc, biotin and B-vitamins. Consult with your physician or healthcare professional if you are interested in learning more about vitamin deficiencies.

I read that overdosing on Fo-Ti can lead to liver damage! Is the amount of Fo-Ti in the Biotin Gummies safe?!

While a recommended, or safe, dosage has not been established for Fo-Ti extract, there has been a systematic review of case reports wherein Fo-Ti led to liver damage. This medical review showed that such extreme reaction is rare, and comes with very high doses in conjunction with long-term use. Though ranging, the average dosage in these cases was 15g, which is 1500 times higher than what is in our serving size (10mg). However, if you are concerned about using Fo-Ti, particularly if you have pre-existing health conditions or you are taking medications, please consult your physician or healthcare professional. If you experience adverse reactions to this product, please discontinue use immediately and consult your physician or healthcare professional.

What are the benefits of enzymes in a face mask?

Enzymes are great at gently exfoliating the skin. The top layer of your skin is mostly made of dead skin cells containing keratin protein. The enzymes work by specifically breaking down the keratin protein, resulting in smoother skin.

How long should I keep the face mask on?

We recommend applying a generous amount to a clean face and neck. Leave on for 5-10 minutes. Massage with dampened fingertips for a couple more minutes before rinsing with clean, warm water. Be sure to moisturize after!
