I originally bought the liquid version of this from Mary Ruth's but the product would get stuck in the pipette so I decided to try this version and as someone that has a hard time swallowing pills I have found this to be a good alternative. I do believe it has helped me and I have noticed a difference in my memory (maybe it's placebo, but I don't think so). I am halfway with the 2 month supply and will re-buy again.
I have noticed that there seems to be a small piece of each gummy that seems a bit hardened and I don't know what that is or why that happens. Maybe it occurs with the temperature drop? At first I thought it was a one-off, but I've noticed it in many others as well. Overall, this is a solid product and doesn't taste like fish.
I am going through perimenopause; so, IDK how well they work, but they DO taste GREAT.
