How to take
Suggested Use: First time use: Take 1/3 dose, preferably with food or liquids. Gradually increase to full dose as you see fit. Take about 10 min to 1 hour before bed, either with food, juice or on an empty stomach.
Suggested Dosage:
- 2-3 Years: 1/2 Teaspoon (2.5 mL)
- 4-10 Years: 1/4 oz or 1/2 Tablespoon (7.4 mL)
- 11-17 Years: 1/2 oz or 1 Tablespoon (14.8 mL)
- 18 Years+: 1 oz or 2 Tablespoons (29.6 mL)
- Pregnant/Lactating & Seniors (65+): Consult a physician or healthcare professional

Store in a dry, cool place. Product has a two year lifespan from the time of production. Refrigerate after opening. Once opened, they last for 6 months in the refrigerator.
Each travel pack comes with 16 individual bottles, containing one serving each (1 fl oz). Store in a cool, dry place. Since this is a travel pack, and each 1oz bottle is a single serving, no refrigeration is necessary.

Why is there no more plastic measuring cup included?
Though we’ve historically included a plastic measuring cup with our larger multi bottles, we have decided to eliminate this cup moving forward. As we are working through our initiatives to reduce waste, we recognized our multi cups were wasteful and redundant for most people.
We do, however, have glass measuring shot glasses available, which are reusable and can measure any kind of liquid from 5 milliliters up to 30 milliliters, as well as measure out in ounces, tablespoons and teaspoons.
We hope that you understand why reducing this extra plastic use was important to us, and that you are still able to enjoy your liquid multi however you prefer!
How should I use this? Can I take it with drinks or food?
We suggest that everyone start with ½, or even ¼, the recommended dose to see how their body responds. You may see that you do better with a smaller dosage because our formula is potent! It can be taken on an empty stomach or with food, or mixed into your favorite cold beverage. We recommend taking the Multimineral in the evening hours, shortly before bed.
Can kids take this formula?
Some customers have forgotten to refrigerate their Multis after opening. We have done testing on the multivitamins and multiminerals: results suggest they are good for 7 days out of the refrigerator. We like to err on the side of safety and say 5 days.
Are the bottles BPA-free?
Yes, the brown and white bottles we use for our Multis are BPA-free.
I’m not feeling a difference when taking this, why?
Many of our customers see immediate results in energy or improvements in sleeping habits. However, some of our customers don’t feel any difference at all. Many changes the multimineral may have on you will be internal and show results in bloodwork or may only be noticed over time. We have seen that those who are more nutrient deficient experience greater positive results right away. Regardless, please reach out if you are not satisfied with the product.

I know if I take this too soon, I'll be out in a moment and I am not complaining, I slept the night through for the first time in a while. The Nighttime Mineral has been a well added ingredient to my night time routine, as it relaxes me and gets me ready for bed, beside the fact that all these minerals are good for you. The liquid version of all her products have really help me due to digestive issues I was afraid I was wasting my money on pill and capsule vitamins, so I feel really good about taking Mary Ruth's products.
