These drops may be a great addition to your child’s diet, particularly since many U.S. toddlers consume well below the amounts of DHA & EPA recommended in other countries (the U.S. Food and Drug Administration does not have a recommended intake amount).
Next, we’ve included our Organic Toddler Vitamin D3+K2 Liquid Drops. Most people are familiar with the importance of calcium for toddlers’ growing bones, but vitamins D and K2 are also vital for bone health, as well as proper calcium absorption!
Lastly, our Organic Liquid Probiotic is included to support gut health and the immune system! A healthy microbiome is an important piece in promoting gut lining health which supports a robust immune system.

How to Use
Infant & Toddler Omega-3 Liquid Drops
Suggested Use: This product was formulated for infants & toddlers, ages 6 Months to 3 years old. Shake well before use. Once daily, add up to 30 drops (approx. 2/3 dropper) to your child’s food or drink.
We also have Liquid Omega-3 Drops formulated for Prenatal & Postnatal & for Ages 4+!
Keep out of reach of children in case of accidental overdose or choking.
Store in a cool, dry place. To help preserve the flavor of the oil, we recommend refrigeration after opening.
Organic Toddler Vitamin D3+K2 Liquid Drops
Suggested Use: This product was formulated for toddlers, ages 1 to 3 years old. Shake well before use. Once daily, dispense up to 1 mL (approx. 1 Pump**) directly into toddler's mouth, or add to food or drink.
**1 Pump = 2/3 Dropperful
Keep out of reach of children in case of accidental overdose or choking.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Organic Liquid Probiotic
Suggested Use: Shake gently before use. Take directly by mouth or with liquid, avoiding hot liquids to preserve efficacy. Please avoid direct dropper contact to the skin or mouth in order to prevent product contamination and damage to the dropper. May be taken any time of day, on an empty or full stomach. Use the following chart to assess dosage.
First time use: Take half the recommended dose, preferably with food or liquids. Gradually increase dose as you see fit.

When should I start noticing a difference in my child from taking these supplements?
Adding supplements to your child’s daily routine may be a great addition to your overall health! Dietary supplements support the mechanisms and structures of the body which are mostly internal. Some of our customers see immediate results such as more energy or a difference in their hair, skin, and nails. However, some of our customers don’t feel any difference at all, but that’s not to say the supplement isn’t doing its job of supporting your body’s needs. Regardless, nutrient needs differ for each person and therefore, any results from adding supplements into your child’s daily regimen will also vary from person to person. We always recommend speaking with your child’s pediatrician, physician or healthcare professional to help determine what works best for your child.
Why doesn’t this starter kit include a multivitamin?
MaryRuth’s believes that our bodies should get nutrients primarily from the food we eat, the water we drink and the sun that shines down on us, rather than by providing all vitamins and minerals with supplementation. While toddlers’ diets can be extremely nuanced and vary day to day, we curated this starter kit with supplements that would fill in any potential nutrient gaps, and to avoid over-supplementation.

What amount of Omega-3s are there per serving in the liquid drops?
Each 1 mL serving contains 378 mg of Algal Oil, which contains 208 mg of Omega-3s, with a breakdown of 200 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and 2 mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid).
What is your vegan Omega-3 source?
While many omega supplements use cod liver oil or another fishy source, our vegan Omega-3 Liquid Drops are sourced from Algal oil, which is derived from an ocean-friendly, wild strain of sustainably-grown micro-algae. Algal oil is an incredible source of DHA!
What is the purpose of the sunflower oil in the Vitamin D3+K2 Drops?
The sunflower oil & sunflower lecithin in our Omega-3 Liquid Drops is used as a carrier for the antioxidants (Rosemary Extract, Vitamin C Palmitate, Mixed Tocopherols) which we add to the oil to stabilize the ingredient. This blend (including the sunflower oil and lecithin) is added in such an amount that the actual amount of sunflower oil used is less than 1% of the total product. In other words, only a very small amount is used!
Should I give the Vitamin D3+K2 Drops to my toddler daily?
These drops are designed to be part of a daily wellness routine and are formulated to meet the D3 and K2 recommendations for babies and toddlers, 1 to 3 years old. However, every child’s nutrient needs are unique. We made our product with a dropper so the dose can be easily adjusted! Your healthcare professional can help guide you on what dose is best for your child.
What do the Vitamin D3+K2 Drops taste like?
Our Vitamin D3+K2 Drops are unflavored, though it has the light taste of olive oil, which is the carrier oil for the vitamins!
Why isn’t there a daily value associated with Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone)?
"The preamble to the proposed rule noted that there are three general forms of vitamin K: Phylloquinone (vitamin K1), menaquinone (vitamin K2), and menadione (vitamin K3). For labeling purposes, there is no specific definition for vitamin K and the AI for vitamin K is based on the intake of phylloquinone, the major form of vitamin K in the diet. Thus, the final rule establishes, in § 101.9(c)(8)(iv), an RDI for vitamin K of 120 mcg based on the AI that pertains only to phylloquinone." Nevertheless, vitamin K2 remains important for bone and heart health! K2 supports bone health by activating osteocalcin which binds Calcium to bone, and it supports heart health by helping keep Calcium out of artery walls where it doesn’t belong.
How should I use the Liquid Probiotic? Can I take it with drinks or food?
Our liquid probiotic is easy to take directly or can be added to another cold liquid. Some prefer to add it to the Liquid Morning Multivitamin in the morning, and some prefer to take it later in the day — it’s your preference!
