- Together, these botanicals may help provide relief to the discomforts of menstruation.
- To further help your body feel at ease, we have included long-used adaptogen Eleuthero Root to relieve stress.

How to take

I have bought many items from MaryRuths and this product included I haven't felt much of a difference - in any aspect. Over hyped - not worth the money. Much like big pharma - this is a "business" but doesn't deliver what the supplements or products are said to do.

What is the content of each herb in this herbal blend?
While this is a proprietary blend (and thus we cannot disclose the amounts of each herb in the blend), this is also just a difficult question to answer! Most of our herbal products are glycerites, which means that the botanicals are steeped in glycerin to extract the beneficial constituents and compounds contained in the botanical(s).
Rather than thinking of it like a recipe, where a certain amount of x is added to y, it may be easier to think of it like a tea bag steeped in hot water. The tea it produces doesn't contain what was contained in the tea bag (otherwise you're drinking small bits of whatever was in your tea bag!), but the steeping process pulls flavors, aromatics, and various compounds from the bag of tea. The process of creating a glycerite herbal product is similar to this!
