They work

Seems to be a great product because it's been keeping all of us fairly healthy even after being around so many sick kids. We do take other supplements but this is a new one we've added so I've noticed a difference. I'm only giving it 4 stars because all the gummies are stuck together so I have to use something to get them out every single time. Very sticky.

I've ordered these gummies every year for the past few years and we love them but this year the formula is very sticky. We need to use an utensil to get them out and they make the kids fingers very sticky. It's not the end of the world but it is annoying! I wrote to Mary Ruth's and they advised that they changed the formula and the initial batches had this issue but subsequent batches did not. Otherwise, great gummies and they seem to work in building immunity in the cold winter months!

What is in this gummy that makes it for immunity?
