How to take
Suggested Use: Shake well before using. Adults take 1 bottle (1 fl oz) once daily or take as directed by a physician or healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Suggested Dosage:
- 2-3 Years: 1/2 Teaspoon (2.5 mL)
- 4-10 Years: 1/4 oz or 1/2 Tablespoon (7.4 mL)
- 11-17 Years: 1/2 oz or 1 Tablespoon (14.8 mL)
- 18 Years+: 1 oz or 2 Tablespoons (29.6 mL)
- Pregnant/Lactating & Seniors (65+): Consult a physician or healthcare professional

Store in a dry, cool place. Product has a two year lifespan from the time of production. Refrigerate after opening. Once opened, they last for 6 months in the refrigerator.

I got this for the whole family to try. I wanted something that the body can use more of, and not have fillers and sugars etc. My kids LOVE the taste, we don't forget to take it, and it never causes stomach upset either! Will definitely be keeping this on hand!

Typically with vitamins in pill form I’ll take them for a day or two and then forget. Mainly I think I “forget” because I absolutely gag when I have to swallow pills, and just despise the thought of them. They also make me feel very nauseous. To the point I’ll get body sweats and need to lay down. The morning multi has changed my life. I don’t mind taking it at all. In fact I like taking it…I think the consistency and color are very pleasing. The taste is lightly flavored, I got Raspberry, with a mild vitamin taste. Nothing bad at all. I look forward to keeping my health strong with the help of Mary Ruth’s as I head into my 40’s

I have MTHFR gene variant(s). Is this product safe for me?
In general, when starting any new health and wellness supplement, you should check with your physician or healthcare professional to make sure the supplement is suitable for you and your health. This is especially true when there is the added complexity of the MTHFR gene variants. We encourage you to partner with your healthcare professional to determine the best course of action.
I’m not feeling a difference when taking this, why?
Many of our customers see immediate physical results, in energy or improvements in hair, skin and nails. However, some of our customers don’t feel any difference at all. Many changes the multivitamin will have on you will be strictly internal and show results in bloodwork or better digestion. We have seen that those who are more vitamin deficient experience greater positive results right away. Regardless, please reach out if you are not satisfied with the product.
Why is there no iron in the Liquid Multivitamin?
When formulating our liquid multivitamins, we wanted to make a multivitamin that had the best possible combination of micronutrients for optimal absorption. Since micronutrient competition is important to keep in mind when formulating the best liquid multivitamin, and iron can interfere with the body's absorption of other vitamins and minerals, we decided to not include iron in our liquid multivitamins. For those who would like to supplement with iron, we have a stand-alone Liquid Iron supplement in a delicious berry flavor!
