I have found the magnesium calm gummies to be helpful as another tool in getting a good night of sleep. However, whenever I receive a new shipment, the gummies are fused into one solid block. I spend some time each night prying a gummie off of the clump, which is challenging due to the narrow neck of the container. This is a minor inconvenience, but something to consider in the formulation of the product. In the photo below I’m actually holding the container upside down to demonstrate.
