Almond Vanilla Bedtime Brittle Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup golden monk fruit
- 1/4 cup butter or vegan butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- MaryRuth’s Magnesium Calm Liposomal
Instructions:
- Mix the monk fruit, butter, and vanilla extract all together in a saucepan.
- Continuously stir until it reaches 300°F on a candy thermometer. The color will go from tan to brown to know that it’s done.
- Once it reaches 300°F and begins to bubble and brown, mix in sliced almonds.
- Pour the brittle onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle MaryRuth's Magnesium Calm Liposomal on top
- Chill in the fridge for one hour and then rough chop the brittle.
- Enjoy!
