Lion’s Mane Coffee Cake Cooler

A deliciously satisfying iced drink with cognitive health benefits!


 

Ingredients

  • 1 Serving MaryRuth’s Organic Lion's Mane Liposomal
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk (Or Other Dairy-Free Milk)
  • 1/4 Cup Dairy-Free Half & Half
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • Ice

 

Instructions

  1. Add milk and 1 cinnamon stick to a small pot. Heat on low for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove the pot from the heat, stir in maple syrup, and allow to cool for a few minutes.
  3. Remove the cinnamon stick and pour your cinnamon milk into a glass.
  4. Top with half & half, add the Lion’s Mane Liposomal, and use a frother to combine.
  5. Add ice to the glass and a fresh cinnamon stick for garnish (if desired).
