Great liquid B complex vitamins

The taste reminds me of cherry cough syrup. Easy to take, not hard on my sensitive stomach. Love the fact that I don’t have to gag on huge pills and have my body try to break down nasty capsules with unnecessary ingredients anymore. Only thing I would suggest…try making the bottle a little larger. Current bottle is tiny.

What is the breakdown of B vitamins per serving?

Each serving (15 drops) contains 2mg Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide); 2mg Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine); 2500 mcg B7 (Biotin); 400 mcg DFE B9 (Folate as Folinic Acid); 1500 mcg B12 (Methylcobalamin).

Why Methylcobalamin rather than other forms of B12?

Methylcobalamin is a bioavailable form of B12, meaning it will be more readily absorbed into your body. It is also suitable for most people who carry the MTHFR gene mutation.

What is the best time of day to take the B-Complex?

B vitamins are best absorbed on an empty stomach and may impact energy levels, depending on your nutrient needs. Morning may be the ideal time for you to take the B-Complex Drops. If you have a sensitive stomach, you may find it better to take the B-Complex with food.

I noticed that the daily value percentage of the recommended serving size was well over 100% for Biotin (B7) and B12. Will that be bad for me?!

In general, the body doesn’t store water-soluble vitamins for a long time (like it does for fat-soluble vitamins). As such, we have to regularly replenish our bodies with B-vitamins. It also means that the body excretes excess amounts of water-soluble vitamins through urine, and they rarely reach toxic levels in the body. If you are concerned about dosage, consult your physician or healthcare professional for further information; they will be able to advise the correct dosage for your body’s needs.
