Where is the D3 sourced from?

Our D3 is sourced from lichen!

What kind of B12 is in this? Is it safe for me if I have MTHFR gene variants?

We use Methylcobalamin in our D3+B12 Gummies. Navigating B-vitamins and MTHFR gene variants can be tricky! While there is a considerable amount of information coming out on genetic variations and how they affect our biochemistry and health, the MTHFR variants are not yet fully understood, including how various B-vitamins affect any given individual. In general, when starting any new health and wellness supplement, you should check with your physician or healthcare professional to make sure the supplement is suitable for you and your health. This is especially true when there is the added complexity of the MTHFR gene variants. We encourage you to partner with your healthcare professional to determine the best course of action.

How do I know if I am B12 deficient?

There are different symptoms associated with a B12 deficiency, including problems with focusing and energy. A B12 deficiency can also cause more problems in addition to a lack of energy and trouble focusing. Lacking vitamin B12 can make your extremities feel numb or tingly, an uncomfortable side effect that can often indicate a nutrient deficiency.
