This product’s dose (1 TBSP) is recommended for the adult population. For children, we recommend the following dosages:

Ages 4-8: 1 teaspoon daily
Ages 9-13: 2 teaspoons daily

What is Micelle Liposomal delivery?

This is the delivery mechanism for our current liposomal products. Depending on the product, vitamins or other nutrients are encapsulated into nano-sized micelles which are then enveloped into liposomes. The liposomal structures allow the encapsulated substances they are delivering to be absorbed more efficiently by the gut.

What is the lifespan of this liposomal product?

The shelf life for our Magnesium Calm Liposomal is 12 months, when stored in a cool, dry place (preferably refrigerated), away from oxygen and moisture in its sealed container. Once open and, if kept refrigerated, the shelf life is 6 months.

Horrible

I ordered this product and liquid night time the liquid nighttime is delicious taste so good. The magnesium calm is horrible. It tastes horrible smells horrible.

Terribly disappointed

This flavor tastes nothing like the description and it’s much thicker and congealed so much so that I tend to gag when taking it. This is a far cry from other products I have purchased and, if I’d purchased this in a local store, I’d take it back for a refund because I haven’t been able to bring myself to take it again. Refrigeration actually seemed to make it worse if that’s possible. It’s why I hesitate ordering anything online these days.

Bad batch?

Is this supposed to taste so awful? Weird texture and taste like actual garbage.

Awful

I just recently purchased and I have a completely diff batch number than the rest. It is definitely bad! I bought this before and the color and smell were not like this. Returning immediately. What’s going on with your products lately???!!

Horrible ammonia smell and bad color

I opened the bottle and immediately felt sick by smelling it. I am very disappointed. It has a strong ammonia smell and a very dark brown color. I thought someone had poisoned the bottle. Someone needs to look into this as I have now seen that other people are having the same problem. My lot number is the same as the other people who are having the same issue. I am saddened to see I am not the only one experiencing this issue. Especially with how clean/natural Mary Ruth's vitamins are supposed to be. I give these products to my children and am now worried to buy anything else.
