How To Take
Suggested Use: Shake well before using. Adults take 2 tablespoons once daily. Take in the morning either with food, juice or on an empty stomach.

Been using these vitamins for a few years now for my youngest granddaughter. The quality and consistency is always exceptional.

We have been giving the liquid multivitamins to our son since he was 2, so 3 years now. We usually get the strawberry flavor, but Thrive Market had a sale on the fruit punch so we went ahead and got it. My son said the flavor was fine, although consistency looked a little different. Where my concern comes in is when about 15 minutes after drinking 1T, he said he was itchy. I looked over at him and he was covered in what looked like a sunburn! My son has 0 allergies that we know of. It was very scary because I wasn’t sure if the reaction was going to intensify and affect his throat or breathing (like anaphylactic-type reaction)! We waited for a few minutes and kept asking if his throat felt funny and watched to see if his breathing changed. Thankfully it didn’t worsen at all, we gave him some activated charcoal right away, and had him drink a bunch of water as well. We have loved Mary Ruth’s for years now, but this was extremely disheartening to see our poor kiddo have a reaction like this. I noticed some other reviewers mention “change in formula” which was my thought as well. Sadly this isn’t going to be something we will take a risk with giving our son again, so we will have to look for a new brand of vitamins going forward.

I’ve been taking the fruit punch for a long while and loved the flavor and consistency. However, my newest subscribe bottle is a new formula and changes were made that affected the consistency, color and flavor. Changes to types of vitamins used were made too. I’m extremely disappointed. Its awful now. I won’t be getting it any longer and now have to find another liquid multi I’ll like. :( (for pic with review - left is new, right is old)
