How to take

Suggested Use: Shake well before use. Take once daily following the dosing instructions listed below, or dose as recommended by a physician or healthcare professional. Take in the morning either with food, juice or on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended dose.


 

Suggested Dosage:

  • 1-3 Years: 1/2 Teaspoon (2.5 mL)
  • 4-13 Years: 1 Tablespoon (15 mL)
  • 14 Years+: 2 Tablespoons (30 mL)

Totally Works!!!

The Real Deal

I started taking the liquid vitamin plus hair growth on January 1, 2024, as part of my New Year's resolution. I am 61 years old and always thought that losing so much hair in the shower was "normal" for someone my age. I was never really concerned either, as I am blessed with good hair despite what was coming out on the hairbrush when I showered. My honest review after taking this every day for just shy of 7 months is this: I definitely feel better when I take this vitamin, and I have more energy throughout my day. I am not sure it did much for wrinkles, but the hair!!!!!! It did not happen overnight(some say they saw thicker hair in 3 weeks. Placebo effect???). But one day, around the 6-month mark, I noticed that my hairbrush had hardly any hair in it (I brush my hair in the shower while I have conditioner in it.) No joke...I have CONSIDERABLY less fallout and the fine baby hairs around my forehead and sideburn area are in full force. So yes, I do recommend this!

Hair Shedding Reduced!

I have been dealing with telogen effluvium and was appalled by how much more my hair was shedding than what it used to.

I wanted to keep up with vitamins and taking better care of my hair. My doctor recommended taking these - I have been taking this for 2 weeks and have definitely noticed less shedding when washing my hair. It has only been 2 weeks, so I expect it to get better from here. (The bottom pic is the beginning of TE and the top is 2 weeks after taking this vitamin).

The taste is also really good. I've learned that it's best to purchase this product when it's on sale, too!

The best vitamins EVER

I’ve been taking these vitamins for 3 months now, I have gotten them for my daughter and my daughter in law as well. They both had babies and had lost a lot of hair. These vitamins are miracle and not just that they work wonders they also taste good. I have the night time one as well but I’m not taking them in regular basis as I take my morning ones. They both taste amazing and so easy to digest. You don’t have that aftertaste which is amazing and makes them easy to take. I’m actually ordering my 4 bottle now.

How should I use this? Can I take it with drinks or food?

We suggest that everyone start with ½, or even ¼, the recommended dose to see how their body responds. You may see that you do better with a smaller dosage because our formula is potent! It can be taken on an empty stomach or with food, or mixed into your favorite cold beverage.

Can I give this multivitamin to children? What is the dosing?

Yes, children, ages two and up, can use our formula. However, before you give the multivitamin to your children, we highly recommend that you show our formula to your physician, pediatrician or healthcare professional to see if our formula is right for your child. Your healthcare professional knows your child’s health best, including what other supplements or prescriptions your child may be taking, as well as knowing if your child is facing any health challenges. We recommend that the child's physician, pediatrician or healthcare professional approve all new wellness supplements. Your healthcare professional can also assess an appropriate dosage for your child. Each child is unique and different, and we want to make sure that they receive the best care possible!

How can I travel with your vitamins?

We are currently working on a travel size which should be available soon. Meanwhile, many customers ration the appropriate amount of liquid they need for their trip and put it in a lunch box with an ice pack until they can refrigerate it when they arrive at their destination.

I’m not feeling a difference when taking this, why?

Many of our customers see immediate results, or improvements. However, some of our customers don’t feel any difference at all. Many changes the multivitamin will have on you will be strictly internal and show results in bloodwork or better digestion. Regardless, please reach out if you are not satisfied with the product.

Why is there no iron in the Liquid Multivitamin?

When formulating our liquid multivitamins, we wanted to make a multivitamin that had the best possible combination of micronutrients for optimal absorption. Since micronutrient competition is important to keep in mind when formulating the best liquid multivitamin, and iron can interfere with the body's absorption of other vitamins and minerals, we decided to not include iron in our liquid multivitamins. For those who would like to supplement with iron, we have a stand-alone Liquid Iron supplement in a delicious berry flavor!
