I've been taking these for probably about a year. There was a recent flavor/texture change that has made them so much better. They no longer stick together or stick to your teeth, so super happy about that. I've recommended them to my family members, who have then gone on to share them with their friends. Everyone's really impressed with these. I'll definitely continue to buy.

I originally bought the liquid version of this from Mary Ruth's but the product would get stuck in the pipette so I decided to try this version and as someone that has a hard time swallowing pills I have found this to be a good alternative. I do believe it has helped me and I have noticed a difference in my memory (maybe it's placebo, but I don't think so). I am halfway with the 2 month supply and will re-buy again.
I have noticed that there seems to be a small piece of each gummy that seems a bit hardened and I don't know what that is or why that happens. Maybe it occurs with the temperature drop? At first I thought it was a one-off, but I've noticed it in many others as well. Overall, this is a solid product and doesn't taste like fish.
I am going through perimenopause; so, IDK how well they work, but they DO taste GREAT.
