At first I didn't see much of an improvement. After taking it for 60 days, I can see it now. My hair grew about 2" and the gap in my hair line is more full. My hair used to be frizzy on one side, now it's not. My hair also feels soft compared to before. I recommend this if you need improvement done to your hair

I have been taking the liquid hair growth for over a month now and I can see positive changes. My body did take about a week to get use to the formula but after that I was fine. I took the recommended dose of 30ml for the first 30 days but felt that it was too much for my body as I wasn’t sleeping well at night, so with my next bottle I only did 15 ml and now I can sleep again. HOWEVER when taking the recommended dose of 30ml. I did notice my hair becoming thicker and growing faster than it is with me only taking 15ml. I personally don’t think this is a “race” but more of a lifestyle change so I’m okay with slower results as this is something I plan on keeping in my routine for a long time.

As soon as I receive my first order with Mary Ruth products will definitely be honest with it results. Liquid Morning Multivitamin + Hair Growth

In December 2024, I noticed my hair was thinning and breaking severely and I was still relaxing my hair and that didn’t help at all , and I discovered that I had low iron levels, which didn’t seem to be helping. Determined to address the issue, I decided to start taking hair, skin, and nail gummies from Walmart. However, despite consistent use, I didn’t see any significant results.
