When & how do I choose the charity?
When you checkout on MaryRuth’s website between December 2nd and 7th, you’ll see a special “Shop for a Cause” section. This lets you pick the charity you'd like to support with your purchase. Please see the following screenshot for the options you will see on the checkout:
*How is the 5% of website sales calculated?
The 5% website sales is based on net sales which doesn't include discounts, shipping & taxes.
Can I select multiple charities?
You will see an option to select from one of four charities: Feeding America, Vitamin Angels, Doctors Without Borders or Oxfam. You will be able to select one charity per purchase.
Can we change the charity we choose?
We can't change the charity you have chosen after the order is placed. But you can feel great that no matter what, part of your purchase is going to a good cause!
When will MaryRuth's donate to these charities?
MaryRuth's will donate to the respective charities by Q1 or Q2 of 2026.
