Current Terms and Conditions

One purchase per customer per month using a support discount.

Bundles are permitted - Products within a bundle are counted individually. e.g., a Triad of Health Bundle would account for three of the number of products approved.

We Care Support discounts do not apply to our MaryRuth's skincare line, merchandise, or gift cards.

We Care Support discounts can not be stacked with other promotional discounts. Doing so will remove the support discount, and your order will charge out with the discount you applied.

We ask that if you wish to make changes to your subscriptions, please reach out to us here via email or at 310-955-1353, and we will make any changes for you, as altering from your end could break the subscription discount.

Customers do not have to order all of the products that have been approved with each delivery.

No resales: Customers are prohibited from selling MaryRuth Organics LLC  ("MRO") products received through the We Care Support Program.

Shipping & Handling:

We offer 3 methods of shipping:

Standard Shipping for $5.99 or free on orders that subtotal over $49 
(1 business day for processing and 6-8 business days for delivery).

Expedited shipping for $12.95 
(1 business day for processing and 3-5 business days for delivery)

Priority shipping for $22.95 
(1 business day for processing and 2-4 business days for delivery).

MaryRuth offers free standard shipping on all purchase orders over $49. If an order does not subtotal over $49.00, a standard shipping rate of $5.99 will apply to your order. To avoid those charges, you may want to ensure each delivery is above that $49.00 minimum.

Some of our customers like to double up on their orders and get them less frequently to avoid this charge.
