I like this product for what it does. I do not like that it comes in powder form, not capsules , that you have to scoop. You do not get 30 servings if you use a level scoop, you get less. And there is so little product compared to the size of the container and the scoop is difficult to use because it’s so tiny. Please make this in capsule form!

I came across this product and thought I would give it a try. I tried it for about two months and then thought oh well it must not be working so I stopped taking it. Boy was I wrong!! My night sweats and hot flashes returned with a vengeance. I guess I had just not noticed they had slowly disappeared while I was taking this. I started taking again and sure enough that same night of starting again no night sweats. And my hot flashes have diminished as well. I will continue to take this as well as the morning vitamins and the night time minerals. I use a milk frothier to mix my powder in cold water for those who get clumps his works for me.

I was miserable. My sister recommended this brand. I wasn't hoping for much but honestly after 1 dose, all my menopause symptoms went away. My doctor told me to keep using this if it continues to help which it does. I'm so happy that I found a natural and effective way to manage my menopause.

Unfortunately, the product has given me acid reflux. I am very disappointed. I wasn't sure if it was the product at first so I stopped taking it for several days. Then as soon as I began to take it again the reflux returned. If it's possible to receive a refund that would be great. I have appreciated other products purchased from MaryRuths but not this one.

As previously mentioned by others there is only a tiny amount in the already very small container so I'm not sure it will really be a 1 month supply. But my big issue with this product so far is that it is to be stirred into a COLD liquid and immediately after doing so it turns into a solid clump! No stirring will dissolve it! It then sticks to the spoon and side of glass and since it's already such a tiny amount there is no way you are actually consuming the full amount! I had to scrape the cup and spoon of this sticky substance to TRY and get the full dose! Which I doubt I got! So it may be a good idea to rethink the mode of how this should be consumed??
