Bye, bye bloat! Hello good-feels!
I used to have serious bloating pre-period as well as now and again in the course of the month. I'm talking, looks-6-months-pregnant bloating and sometimes lots of discomfort. After a few weeks taking these, my period is arriving tomorrow and I have NO bloat! None whatsoever! You know that flat-belly, post-period look? Well, guess who's got it! lol.
