Love taking a pill that is multi-faceted and this 3 in 1 is just that!
I cannot swallow capsules, so I empty the capsule in water and have it first thing in the am, or add it to a smoothie. I have fewer digestive issues when taking it - like heartburn. I have EOE, and since taking MaryRuth's probiotics, I have fewer symptoms, like dysphagia, which can be incredibly uncomfortable.
