- 14 Years+: 2 Tablespoons (30 mL)

Suggested Use: Shake gently before use. Take once daily following the dosing instructions listed below, or dose as recommended by a physician or healthcare professional. Take about 10 minutes to 1 hour before bed, either with food, juice, or on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Suggested Dosage:
- 1–3 Years: 1/2 Teaspoon (2.5 mL)
- 4–13 Years: 1 Tablespoon (15 mL)
- 14 Years+: 2 Tablespoons (30 mL)

This isn’t the first time I received damaged goods . Not sure if it happens at the facility or FedEx. Just received my order and two bottles came popped and cracked had to wash my other bottle off and my gummy bottles since they came covered , didn’t get a chance to take a picture since once opening the box it was all a sticky mess . Again this isn’t the first time ..
