How To Take
Suggested Use: 4-8, take 1/2 tablespoon (7.5 mL) daily. Ages, 9-13, take 1 Tablespoon (15 mL) daily. Can be taken directly or added to your choice of blended beverage or as a topping on a variety of foods. Keep out of reach of children in case of accidental overdose or choking.

This supplement would be near perfection if it wasn’t for the one thing that is a deal breaker. Sunflower seed oil! Why?! It’s an inflammatory. Please consider using something more friendly on the body please. One of my kids liked it mixed with her yogurt, the other did not. I’ll try again with possibly milk. Just wish that Sunflower seed oil would vanish from the ingredients.

My kids enjoyed the taste of the multivitamins. The fist bottle came damaged due to shipment, but I called and customer service is definitely amazing. They resent the product and packaged it in a box wich definitely ensured that the product arrived undamaged. I will most definitely buy form this company again and also recommend them.
