How to take

Suggested Use: Shake gently before use. Ages 14+, take up to 0.5 mL 1 to 3 times a day, or as recommended by a physician or healthcare professional. Perfect in tea

I just picked this up on a whim while I was at Whole Foods and it’s so good! I’ve been adding it to my lavender tea and it gives it an extra punch while helping me feel calmer.

Calming Properties & Helps with POTS

My family and I have been taking this product now for almost a year and we all have seen amazing benefits! Two members of out family, after regularly taking lemon balm drops (2x daily) have noted their mental health has drastically improved, and were able to stop their antidepressants. Other family members, including myself, have notice much better sleep and wake up feeling refreshed in the morning if we take it right before bed.

In June of last year, I was diagnosed with POTS and no prescriptions have worked for me to help with my heart rate.
