What are the different doses for various ages?

With magnesium in an easy-to-take liquid, you can easily measure out the proper dose for various ages! 4-8 years: Two teaspoons (10 mL) for ages 4-8 provides 17% daily value (DV) for of this essential mineral for this age range, 1 tablespoon (15 mL) provides 25% DV for ages 9-13 years, and 2 tablespoons (30 mL) provides 50% DV for 14+ years.
