Crazy stuff

I have been taking this liquid multivitamin for almost a year now. I started out with the original Peach Mango flavor and decided to try the new Dragon Fruit Mellon flavor. To me, both flavors taste like flavored dirt. What helps me is that I like to take it with orange juice (and sometimes mix it together). I find that my body tolerates 1/2 the dose (15ml) better so 1 bottle can last me 2 months.

The best multivitamin

I started taking this multivitamin in January 2025, and after just 15 days, I already noticed a difference in my hair. For 10 years, my hair hadn't grown to a certain length. I had to cut it because it was falling out a lot, and it was thin at the ends. I used several types of hair vitamins. It's October, and my hair is 4 inches short of reaching my waist. I've had the ends cut twice this year. I love it and very happy finally my hair is growing health.

How does Lustriva® support hair growth and improve wrinkles? 

Lustriva® is a complex that combines Bonded Arginine Silicate with Magnesium Biotinate, a new and superior form of biotin and silicon, to help grow thicker, fuller hair and reduce facial fine lines and wrinkles in women. Magnesium Biotinate is a novel complex of magnesium ionically bound to biotin. This unique complex significantly increases biotin solubility 40 times greater than that of D-biotin, the type commonly found in beauty products.

 

Why this amount of chromium in the product? 

Chromium is a nutrient that may help support healthy body composition and metabolism and help maintain a healthy blood sugar level already within a normal range. These new formulas include a higher dose of chromium (1000 mcg chromium picolinate) based on the efficacy of dosages used in clinical studies. These studies have not reported adverse effects associated with this dosage of chromium picolinate intake, indicating its safety in humans. Additionally, there is no upper limit established for chromium based on existing data for this nutrient. Ultimately, our best advice is to speak with your physician or healthcare professional to help you determine if this product is suitable for your needs.

 

Will this supplement help me with hair breakage?
