I’ve been taking these liquid multivitamins for probably two years now and have never felt better. I have also not been sick at all in the two years since I’ve been taking them. They give me energy, my skin is in better shape, and even feel like my hormones are more balanced.

I now purchase the nightly mineral as well (along with the liquid probiotic-and hopefully the liquid iron when it becomes available) and I have them delivered to my house every month. When dealing with a kiddo on the spectrum, there are countless challenges and making sure that my daughter receives everything she needs is of the utmost importance-and her nutrition is a critical part of her well-being. I can get 2 hours of sleep and with this vitamin I'm good for the day. I used to get the full size bottle then went to the 15 ounce bottle now I got the travel size. It's so cute and small. Individually sealed so I can take it to work or put a few in the fridge for a fresh bottle each time I take it. It makes a huge difference. Vitamins in Pill form don't always work for me. I bought from Sam’s Club thinking I was getting chromium in my supplement since it advertised it, but then looking at the ingredients it’s not actually in there
