How to take

Suggested Use: Shake well before use. Take once daily following the dosing instructions listed below, or dose as recommended by a physician or healthcare professional. Take in the morning either with food, juice or on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended dose.


 

Suggested Dosage:

  • 1-3 Years: 1/2 Teaspoon (2.5 mL)
  • 4-13 Years: 1 Tablespoon (15 mL)
  • 14 Years+: 2 Tablespoons (30 mL)

I started taking the vitamin on the 1st of the month it’s now the 26th. I’m very undecided on this product. My fall out seems almost worse than it was. BUT I have seen some growth on the side of my forehead. Also maybe in the length as well. Not sure if I should keep taking or just stop.
Maybe I should’ve got a different one. I’m 16 weeks postpartum. That might explain the fall out.

How should I use this? Can I take it with drinks or food?

We suggest that everyone start with ½, or even ¼, the recommended dose to see how their body responds. You may see that you do better with a smaller dosage because our formula is potent! It can be taken on an empty stomach or with food, or mixed into your favorite cold beverage.

Can I give this multivitamin to children? What is the dosing?

Yes, children, ages two and up, can use our formula. However, before you give the multivitamin to your children, we highly recommend that you show our formula to your physician, pediatrician or healthcare professional to see if our formula is right for your child. Your healthcare professional knows your child’s health best, including what other supplements or prescriptions your child may be taking, as well as knowing if your child is facing any health challenges. We recommend that the child's physician, pediatrician or healthcare professional approve all new wellness supplements. Your healthcare professional can also assess an appropriate dosage for your child. Each child is unique and different, and we want to make sure that they receive the best care possible!

I’m not feeling a difference when taking this, why?

Many of our customers see immediate results, or improvements. However, some of our customers don’t feel any difference at all. Why is there no iron in the Liquid Multivitamin?

When formulating our liquid multivitamins, we wanted to make a multivitamin that had the best possible combination of micronutrients for optimal absorption. Since micronutrient competition is important to keep in mind when formulating the best liquid multivitamin, and iron can interfere with the body's absorption of other vitamins and minerals, we decided to not include iron in our liquid multivitamins. For those who would like to supplement with iron, we have a stand-alone Liquid Iron supplement in a delicious berry flavor!
