How to take

Suggested Use:  

Shake well before use. Adults 18+, take up to 2 tbsp (30 mL) once daily or as recommended by a physician or healthcare professional. Take about 10 min to 1 hour before bed, either with food, juice or on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Better Sleep

I have been taking the Liquid Nighttime Multimineral + Skin Renew for about 35 days. I feel more rested and less exhausted when I wake up, even if I went to bed late. I even fall asleep faster. It usually takes my brain awhile to turn off when I get in bed. My Fitbit sleep score was regularly between 68 and 76 prior to starting the Mary Ruth nighttime sleep Multimineral. Now my sleep score is in the 80's every morning. I have not noticed a difference in my skin, but it definitely helps with sleep! In the picture even with only 5 hours and 31 minutes of sleep my score was an 83!

Still too early to tell

Haven’t been using it for too long just about a week and some days but I can say it’s easy to take. It goes down really smooth and the texture reminds me of a creamy smoothie. It tastes really good. I did realize though that I have to mix it with a drink and I can’t take it on an empty stomach. It does state on the bottle either or. I would get indigestion and a stomachache. A small snack and sparkling water did the trick and I’ve been enjoying it since. I actually take it right before I sleep whether it’s in the AM or PM (I’m a night shift worker) and to me I feel like when I take it at night before bed I get a solid, uninterrupted sleep. When I take it in the AM before bed, after I wake up I feel groggy and it takes me a good 30minutes to get in the groove.

All in all I will definitely recommend this product. I absolutely love this brand and have since got a few of my sisters, my boyfriend, his sister and my mom on it!

Best Sleep Ever

There is nothing better than a solid nighttime routine. Moo moo gown, skincare, hair bonnet and a good book. I added this product about 3 weeks ago - I take it anywhere from 30-60 mins before bed and it is helping me sleep better through the night. I can’t wait to see if it also helps my skin. The Real BEAUTY sleep
