How to take

Suggested Use: 
Shake gently before each use. Take directly by mouth or add to juice. Use the following chart to assess dosage. 

  • Infants & Toddlers (6 months - 3 years): Up to 1 Pump** (0.8 mL)
  • Adults & Children (4+ Years): Up to 4 Pumps** (3 mL)
  • Pregnant/Lactating: Up to 4.5 Pumps** (3.5 mL) 

**1 Pump = Approximately ⅓ Dropperful Please avoid direct dropper contact to the skin or mouth in order to prevent product contamination and damage to the dropper.

Wrong flavor and wrong label

I ordered the unflavored zinc liquid drops, it just got here today and is labeled as unflavored, but definitely has some kind of flavor, maybe berry. Or maybe unflavored has a flavor? I ordered the unflavored for a “zinc challenge” a physician mentioned and said you wouldn’t taste anything with the unflavored if you needed zinc, if you got a metallic taste from the unflavored then you had enough, but that it only worked with the unflavored one. So disappointed it’s not actually flavorless

Zinc is supposed to help prostate health

I trust Mary Ruth's supplements. I hope the zinc drops are helping my husband and his prostate. He sees his Dr later this year. I will be very interested in his labs. Then I can speak more about these zinc drops.

Great immune booster. Has a slight vanilla taste. I mix it with my MRO liquid morning multi vitamin. Benefits are more internal so hard to really say but I haven’t been sick.

How does Zinc support the immune system?
