I’ve been taking Lysine for years . As long as I’m taking it , I never get sick with anything not even allergies !!!!!!!!!!! I use to stay sick but not now . I’m thankful to have found lysine in liquid form with a great taste .

The liposomal lysine snickerdoodle flavor is absolutely delicious. The consistency is great. It is not watery but thicker. The organic sunflower seed oil helps the paste become more fluid and also allows the body to absorb the nutrients and store them. My kids enjoy taking the lysine as well. It says it is good for skin and tissue support as well as the immune system. Lysine is an essential amino acid that helps the bodies tissues. I would say this has helped a lot of our dry skin problems not be as severe, but I only take this product a couple times a week and should probably take it at least every other day for better benefits. It does work and it does taste absolutely amazing.
