I used the Mary Ruth's maca root extract. Oh my goodness!! If you're looking to increase your libido this stuff works!!! I took one gel cap and put about 7 to 8 drops in it on Saturday night. I could start to feel it work on Sunday and it has continued to work and increase in intensity on Monday & Tuesday! I hope it starts to wear off tomorrow, lol! So ladies if you're looking to enhance your libido this stuff worked for me, I highly recommend it!
(I only took it that one time on Saturday night and it's Tuesday night and it's still working!)
