After birth and breastfeeding for a year my hair started to shed so much that it was concerning. Everyone told me that it was normal, but it kept shedding for almost a year after. I already used the MaryRuth's Liquid Morning since 2017 so naturally I went towards MaryRuth's for this. I came across this Liposomal formula and fell in love! The taste is so delicious like a mixed berry Greek yogurt! I noticed a difference with my hair loss after the first bottle! My hair was not falling out in clumps during showers and shedding a lot less throughout the day.
