Can anyone take this multivitamin?

Though this multivitamin was formulated with men in mind, that doesn’t mean that it is only appropriate for this group of people. To see if this multivitamin gummy is right for you, we recommend speaking with your physician or other healthcare professional.

I have an MTHFR gene variant(s). Is this product safe for me?

In general, when starting any new health and wellness supplement, you should check with your physician, or healthcare professional to make sure the supplement is suitable for you. This is especially true when there is the added complexity of the MTHFR gene variants. We encourage you to partner with your healthcare professional to determine the best course of action.

Why take iodine? And why potassium iodide?

Iodine is an essential mineral, necessary for health but not naturally made by the body. It is important for supporting normal thyroid function! Potassium iodide is a commonly used form for iodine supplements as well as added to iodized table salt

Why is there no iron in this multivitamin?

Iron is very difficult to formulate with, especially in gummy form. You'll be hard-pressed to find a good tasting gummy multivitamin with iron that isn't overloaded with sugar. Not only that, but iron can interfere with the body's absorption of other vitamins and minerals. Micronutrient competition is important to keep in mind when formulating a gummy multivitamin for what micronutrients can be optimally absorbed, which is why we decided to not include iron in our gummy multivitamins. We do have a liquid iron supplement, in a delicious berry flavor, with easily adjusted serving sizes for the whole family!
