How To Take
Suggested Use:
Shake gently before use. Adults 14+, take up to 7 drops (approx. 0.15 ml) 1 to 3 times a day, or as recommended by a physician or healthcare professional. Best taken diluted in water between meals. Please avoid direct dropper contact to the skin or mouth in order to prevent product contamination and damage to the dropper. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

I can see why people are recommending that you put the oil in diy capsules and to not take it straight from the dropper. It’s a very strong/ spicy flavor if you take it straight so the capsules make it easier on your body to get the best results from this oil possible. I’m not entirely sure what all the benefits are but I am enjoying how much better I’m feeling after starting to take this oil

I live in Denmark, and stumbled upon MR’s products a week or so ago. And since i usually use oregano Oil, i found this one at 14$ in a online shop. It just arrived 2 days ago and i love the strength of it, i take 15 to 20 drops 2 times a Day and it really works. I used to eat a bag of Chips every evening, for the past 8 years. After starting on Oil of oregano i stopped and have not eaten for over a week.
