I’ve been using for a little over a month, I’m seeing a noticeable change in my focus level. Although I am also taking the multivitamin as well as iron so I’m sure that, collectively, it’s all making a difference. Flavor however, I’m giving a 2/10. It’s maple spice but you still can taste that it’s a vitamin.
