How to take

Suggested Use: 
Shake gently before each use. Take directly by mouth or add to juice. Use the following chart to assess dosage. 

  • Infants & Toddlers (6 months - 3 years): Up to 1 Pump** (0.8 mL)
  • Adults & Children (4+ Years): Up to 4 Pumps** (3 mL)
  • Pregnant/Lactating: Up to 4.5 Pumps** (3.5 mL) 

**1 Pump = Approximately ⅓ Dropperful Please avoid direct dropper contact to the skin or mouth in order to prevent product contamination and damage to the dropper.

The Glycerin (also called Glycerol or Glycerine) in this product acts as a carrier, or base liquid, that our Zinc is suspended in, and was chosen for a couple of reasons. As a producer of vegan supplements, Glycerin is a great option for us because it can be sourced from vegan ingredients; the Glycerin in this product is derived from mustard seed. Not only is Glycerin a natural preservative, but it’s also a natural sweetener, which helps mitigate the strong mineral-y taste of the Zinc, making our Liquid Zinc supplement more palatable.
