What are the actual vitamins and minerals in this product? Also what is the dosage I am receiving in every 1ml that I am taking? This product is very unclear with just listings 1.14g of organic Irish moss. What are we actually consuming?

I love the versatility of the drops, I can put it in all my shakes or just about anything am consuming , which makes it easy to use. I was pleasantly urprised by the taste and smell because the gel smells.

I was excited to try the liquid sea moss because I only see gel which Sometimes is not a great consistency. I was really surprised by the taste and although there is a bit of an earthy after taste, if you drink it with water, you cannot taste anything at all but get all the benefits.
