I thought omegas were from fish. If this is vegan, where are the omegas sourced?

While many Omega supplements use cod liver oil or another fishy source, our vegan Omega 3-6-7-9 Gummies use Organic Flaxseed Oil and Organic SeaBerry® as the source of the omega complex. The Organic SeaBerry® is made from the plant Sea Buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides), grown in high altitude Tibet!

Why did you include Omega 6 in the Omega 3-6-7-9 gummies?

The omega fatty acids in our Omega 3-6-7-9 Gummies are sourced from Sea Buckthorn berries (the highest known concentration of Omega 7 known in the animal or plant kingdom!) and Flaxseed oil. To remove the omega-6 would mean over-processing those ingredients. Since all of these ingredients are important in the human diet, we opted to include it in our formula. While it is true that the western diet is typically heavy on omega 6, it is worth noting that it is more important to eat omegas in proper proportion.
