So I just started using this probiotic from a referral of a friend........I knew everyone should take a probiotic just didn't know where to begin to look until a friend told me about Mary Ruth's. I am so glad they did! After one day of taking the weight management probiotic, I began having a BM everyday! I know,,,,,TMI but seriously! I had no idea this would effect my constipation issues that I lived with for YEARS! My bloated stomach started to go down! I realized it made sense, cleaning your gut, however, I never expected that! Besides helping me with that, my facial skin feels amazing! I was again, surprised and pleased it took bumps under the skin away that I have been getting with age! THEN on top of it all, I HAVE ENERGY! I have not had that in quite awhile! My husband noticed that after about two weeks on this product. He couldn't believe it! He always is skeptical as am I about products, but I am writing this because I am so excited how it has changed my body! Does this product need to be kept in the fridge?

These probiotics are shelf-stable, though refrigerating them may lengthen shelf life. Whether you refrigerate or not is up to you, though we do recommend storing the jar in a cool, dry place. And, if you plan on taking them as a part of a daily regimen, keeping them where you’ll remember to take them might be helpful!

How much caffeine is in these capsules?

This product is not formulated to have a specified amount of caffeine. When tested, the product showed to have less than 5% caffeine which suggests that there's less than 16 mg per serving. This amount is similar to consuming approximately 1 oz of dark chocolate, or according to the Center for Science in the Public Interest, similar to drinking 4 oz of brewed green tea!

Can I take different versions of the probiotic capsules together? Like the beauty and the turmeric?

Since our bodies have billions of microorganisms living in our digestive tracts, and probiotics are made of the good bacteria our bodies need, it is generally considered safe to ingest more than one type of probiotic at a time. Some of our customers who take more than one probiotic choose to take one serving in the morning and one serving at night to separate the time of ingesting each serving.
