So grateful for this product. At first I thought it wasn’t doing much, but I kept with it because I was having such a hard time breathing. I tried holding it under my tongue for 30 seconds and also combined it with a hot drink. I think that was the trick because I finally felt my sinuses open up after what seems like forever. I kept using it throughout the day, holding it under my tongue, and they opened up even more and the mucus was thin enough that I could blow my nose and get it out. Now I’m sitting here enjoying my clear sinuses and feeling so grateful I can finally breathe. I’d say definitely give it a try and keep at it consistently, the benefits definitely get better over time :) Oh and it happens to taste great!

Definitely helps during allergy season
This product was ordered for 2 family members who have allergies - the reactions from allergies are some slight breathing difficulty/tightness of the lungs.
