I'm asking you to read the entire review because I know I have a rather sensitive system and have had since I was a child and I don't want that to bias the quality of this product. I also contact customer support before reviewing this product and it was a GREAT conversation with ideas for the future. I feel like they LISTEN and are willing to UNDERSTAND and find ALTERNATIVES. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Now on to the product.
I was so excited to see the melting strip feature of this product because pills don't dissolve and enter my system fast enough when it's required at bedtime or even an hour before. Gummies don't really get absorbed enough prior to bed either PLUS I just brushed my teeth earlier so gummies make me do it again!
The first night I took the melting strips I fell into a calm and peaceful sleep quickly. I didn't think much about the dreams I had that night nor the wee bit of sour acid reflux. After four nights I put the pieces together. The cranberry flavor was causing the nighttime acid reflux to return that I finally had under control prior to this product. Yes, Cranberry is a high acid berry. Then I realized I was having not just dreams but nightmares. Yes, the Melatonin can cause or worse nightmares. I stopped the melting strips and returned to not sleeping so well but with no acid reflux and no nightmares. Tried the strips once again and nightime acid reflux and nightmares started again.
WITH THESE REACTIONS FOR ME - I'm guessing I am in the minority. As I mentioned, Customer Service recognized the acid reflux related to cranberry and we discussed using a different flavoring such as coconut or ???? Plus, now I'd like to suggest a melatonin free version of the melting strips. Love the melting strip concept. Can't tolerate the cranberry due to acid reflux or the melatonin nightmares. I do look forward to what the team comes up with for those of us with those issues.
All in all - Mary Ruth's Organics have been my only "Go-to" brand for years. Keep up the excellent work.

I travel a few times a year and I find these highly convenient to carry and use. The individual packages keep the strips fresh. They take up zero room in my luggage or bag. They dissolve quickly and leave no strong after taste. Sleep comes quickly.
