How to take

Suggested Use: Shake well before use. Take up to 15 drops (0.5 mL) 1 to 3 times a day, or as recommended by a physician or healthcare professional. Can be taken directly by mouth or added to water.

Decided to buy this for my significant other during the sale and I had to come back and say this stuff is gold! It stinks it’s not great tasting but he tried it anyway and he said he slept like a rock. I even noticed the time I didn’t take it, he was knocked out while I was tossing and turning. Valerian root is said to help with insomnia which I believe he has and he’s tried unisom and every sleep aid OTC and nothing helped but this! This will always be stocked in our home. He needed this bc he’s the money maker in our home so I need him to be well rested 🤪

Literally no change at all! Thinking I need something stronger. Honestly was hoping it mimicked the med it is used after. Maybe I need to up my dose?


Valerian Root tincture to help you relax , get calm and fall into a blissful sleep truly works ~ some use it to relax during the day. I like to save mine for the extra “ punch “ at night. I’ve suffered from insomnia and the inability to stay asleep my entire life. Valerian Root helps. Be prepared it doesn’t taste great although Mary Ruth has found a way to make it taste so much better. I’ve used Mary Ruth products since 2014! There are so many of her products I swear by !
