How to take

Suggested Use: This product was formulated for ages 4 and up. Shake gently before use. Once daily, take directly by mouth. Use the following dosage chart to assess dosage or dose as recommended by physician or healthcare professional:

 

* 1 Pump = Approximately 2/3 Dropperful = Approximately 30 Drops

 

  • 4-8 Years: 20 drops (277 mg Omega-3s) 
  • 9-13 Years: 25 drops (347 mg Omega-3s)
  • 14+ Years: 30 drops (416 mg Omega-3s)
     

Please avoid direct dropper contact to the skin or mouth in order to prevent product contamination and damage to the dropper.
 

Keep out of reach of children in case of accidental overdose or choking.


 

Store in a cool, dry place. To help preserve the flavor of the oil, we recommend refrigeration after opening.

I hate the smell 👃

The orange gave up

It says “Orange flavor,” but I think the orange tapped out and left the bottle. This smells like we’re standing knee-deep in a river, fishing for compliments and failing. Love MaryRuth’s, love the quality — but even my son said it smells like “a bad day at the lake.” Please, we need a capsule or at least a flavor that can fight back.

The taste is awful

On day 3 of these drops and they are SO hard to take. I chase with OJ and can still smell/taste it way after. I would not purchase again. Save money and try a different supplement or form of omega 3’s.

Can’t Handle the Taste

I don’t doubt the quality of this supplement…but I thought I could handle any taste (or at least chase it with kombucha), but alas, I cannot stomach the taste of this. It’s so potent. I love fish of all kinds, but this is another level, I’m sorry. I’m forcing myself to gag it down and cannot reorder. Pretty bummed.
