I've been taking this product for about a month. I'm not sure if I have seen any difference but they've tasted good. I love the taste of most of these products. I will probably keep taking this and see if I notice any changes. I'm young and I see good I have problems focusing my eyes on one place while reading or stuff like that. Hopefully, this will help me.

These taste good and easy to use. I do feel you need to use for a couple of months before you feel a difference. I don't know if my eye sight is technically better, but I do notice my eyes do not get as tired or burn as much. I would recommend.
