Ingredients
- 1 Banana, Frozen
- 2 Medjool Dates (Pitted)
- 1 Cup Plant Based Milk
- ½ Cup Dairy-Free Yogurt
- ¼ Cup Oats
- ½ Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Serving MaryRuth’s Organic Ashwagandha Root Liquid Drops
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass & support healthy stress levels while you sip!
